The San Gregorio Bio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our oil is an organic extra virgin olive oil and it is produced by an olive grove alongside a hill overlooking the town of Filacciano.
The olives are manually harvested when they are still green.
The olives are kept in small and drilled boxes (to ensure the proper ventilation) and they are brought daily to the mill to be pressed within six hours after the harvest.
The San Gregorio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available for retail in dark-tinted bottles or in metal cans and in various sizes (250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml).
